Low Pressure Soft Wash Roof Cleaning

Roof cleaning using low pressure water gives great results but not right away. So if you are looking to sell you want an instant result, then this might not be the system for you.
High pressure gives instant results, but our low pressure soft wash system gives a better result over a long period of time.
It does this by killing off the mould spores, the lichens and mosses and leaves a residue on your roof that remains active so your roof will stay lichen and moss free for us to 3 years.
Because we can’t kill lichen and moss spores that are in the air, a long lasting clean roof can be achieved with our eco spray that's applied as part of the cleaning process.
These products are not harmful and are bio degradable.
The lichens and mosses are removed by the wet and dry cycle in the weather, any spores remaining will be killed off.
You get great street appeal because most roofs occupy about 40-60% of the front view of your home.

What’s the product you use?

We use an Eco friendly wall roof cleaning product that kills algae, lichens and moss. Now lichens feed off the algae, so if you kill the algae you get rid of the lichen, and moss gets killed off in the process as well.

Our product is so safe that its authorised for use in children’s play areas and will kill the bacteria on artificial playing surfaces that can make a graze or a cut turn septic.

After the product has been activated by contact with the algae and lichen it then breaks down naturally within about 48 hours.

So we have to understand the type of organism that’s making your wall render look bad. Usually black streaky marks or a green algae that looks green or a green algae that sometimes produces a red stain.
